You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose the shipping method of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return is received by us.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, you will have the option of receiving a refund to your original payment method or exchanging the item for another product of equal or lesser value.

Processing Time

Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within 1 business day after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
